Terms and conditions

  1. Per week is defined as seven days, from Monday to Sunday.
  2. Any shortages or damages should be notified via email within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Interior mats should be used inside unless you have prior approval and are subject to a different cost per mat.
  4. Mats returned heavily soiled or wet will incur an additional cleaning fee.
  5. Mats should be returned in the same number of cages that they arrived in.
  6. Mats should be covered with the provided cover when stored outside or left for collection.
  7. Payment is expected within 14 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  8. Damages and losses will be charged at the current replacement cost from our supplier.
